Number of Guests
The number of Guests occupying the house must not exceed 4 ( + one baby in a cot).
The house is let for holiday purposes only.
Care of House
The Client must take reasonable and proper care of the property, its furniture, fittings and effects in or on the property. The property should be left in the same clean and tidy condition and state of repair at the end of the letting period as it was at the beginning.
Breakages & Damages
For the sake of other guests please advise us as soon as possible of any breakages or damage that may occur during your stay. Unfortunately these will have to be paid for.
Smoking is not permitted in the house.
Failure to pay the Balance
If the Balance is not received by the due date the Owner will be entitled to offer the house for re-let and the Deposit will unfortunately be forfeited by the Client.
Should a cancellation be necessary the Owner will attempt to re-let for that period. If the Owner is successful a full refund will be made. The Deposit is non refundable.
If the Cancellation is made less than 5 weeks prior to the Let and the Owner is unable to re-let the house unfortunately the entire Letting Fee will be forfeited by the Client.
The Owners shall have no liability for any death, personal injury, damage or loss of personal property in connection with the rental of the property.
The use of the property and its equipment is entirely at the Client's risk and no responsibility can be accepted by the Owner for injury to the client or member of his/her party.
Right of Entry
The Owner reserves the right of entry to the property at reasonable, agreed times for the purposes of necessary repairs or maintainance.
Complaints & Problems
If the Client has a problem or cause for complaint he/she should please contact the Owner or Owner's Representative as soon as possible.
